ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Smiling, supportive, independent, motivated and well-organized - that is what I have always been as Administrative assistant.
LONG EXPERIENCE AS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Many years of working as Administrative assistant gave me the inestimable basis for other positions. During the time I improved my administrative skills and was always precise while performing the daily and long-term tasks.
My usual duties were communication with clients (emails, phone), preparation and update of documents, correspondence and invoices, support to superiors, managing schedules and meetings, minute taking, HR administration and managing reception services.
ORGANIZING AND CONDUCTING MEETINGS
As Lead event planner and Vice-president of the association, I was also in charge of organizing and conducting meetings and presentations. I was responsible for scheduling, internal and external communication, materials preparation, PowerPoint presentations, the leadership of meetings and presentations and reports.
Thanks to this experience I have vastly improved
my communication, planning and organizational skills.
ADVANCED LEVEL OF MS OFFICE AND LANGUAGES
During my experience as Web administrator and Data maintenance specialist, I vastly deepened my professional knowledge of computer programs and software (SAP, JBA, WebEx, ITSM) and of MS Office (Excel - pivot tables, charts, functions; Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)
I was always passionate about languages. I graduated with honours from Italianistics, and even if I am a Czech native speaker, Italian is already my second mother tongue. As I lived in different countries, I am also fluent in English and French. I am able to speak in public, write and communicate at a high level in a working environment in all 4 languages.
I have a typing speed of 51 WPM (Words Per Minute, 100% accuracy) gained already during high school lessons of Administration.
