DATA MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

It was a huge experience for me to work as Data maintenance specialist for the Shared Service Centre of Covidien, a global health care products company and manufacturer of medical devices, now Medtronic. On a daily basis, I used the SAP databases Concur and JBA and also worked with numbers at an advanced level in Excel (Pivot tables, charts, functions etc.). 

Other my duties were analysis and presentation of KPI values, the leadership of video trainings about SAP Concur travel system for employees from the EMEA region (in English and Italian language) and maintenance of ITSM tickets. 

With other team members, I received a Certificate of recognition for team performance for creating a Share point for our department.

WEB ADMINISTRATOR

It has been several years that I carried out the role of Web administrator of Association CSMPF and I was responsible for both language versions - French and Czech. In the beginning, I had the opportunity to change completely the look and the layout of the website to a new design and create new sections (e.g. advice for Czech newcomers in France about life in Paris, Basics of Czech language for foreigners etc.). During the years I had the chance to use my analytical skills when performing Google and Facebook analytics and statistics and creating then different PowerPoint reports.

I administrate or administrated also other websites - this personal page, blog Check Geneva and our family business website Hrad Bambini. I work with the CMS WordPress, Google Sites and Webnode. 

I am also able to create and edit website pages with HTML language, using PSPad or other applications.

Among my greatest achievements were the increase of site visit numbers by efficient campaigns on social networks, creating new logos and keeping always the pages update in any case of a problem.

APPLIED DATA ANALYSIS CERTIFICATE

As I said previously, numbers are something that always attracted me. During all my career I continually used charts, graphs or tables to have a better image of a specific issue. In the course of time, I learnt more about the advanced functions of the analysis and also of Excel (e.g. COUNTIFS, AVERAGEIFS, VLOOKUP functions, histograms, scatter plots etc.).
Interested in data analysis, I took a 6-week online course "Applied data analysis - Working in organizations and industries" offered by Microsoft Corporation and earned a verified certificate.

DATABASES CERTIFICATE

Another scientific field I wanted to find out more about, were database systems and the programming language SQL. The 10-week online course "Database systems", offered by Italian university Federico II of Naples, provided a huge overview of this discipline. It was really amazing to learn how database, relational model, ER model, data warehouse, Oracle work and I could also try SQL programming in practice. After passing all exams, I earned the verified certificate.
